Refund & Returns Policy
At Mailboxpharmacy.co.uk, you can contact us to cancel an order provided it hasn't been dispatched. A complete refund of your payment will be made into your account within five working days.
For safety reasons, returned medications can not be re-used so we are unable to provide refunds for medications once dispatched.
If any item supplied by Mailboxpharmacy.co.uk is faulty, damaged or incomplete we are happy to either replace the item or alternatively provide a full refund including initial postage costs and all standard postage charges incurred when returning items. This may only be made following return and inspection of the damaged, faulty or incomplete item within 30 days of delivery.

Our team regularly assesses the prices offered by comparable service providers to ensure we stay up to date with the current market. Service comparisons are made in relation to medication costs, consultation fees, delivery and timescale.

We will aim to acknowledge your written complaint within two working days on receipt and, aim to formulate a response within five working days of receipt.
